Ltd. - ( a/c Club Florence, Sushant Lok) payable at New
Delhi. |

In the case of tenant category,
the membership / admission fee will be refunded as per the following
details if the member leaves the colony :
(i) Within 3 years - 50% of membership fee.
(ii) Between 3 to 6 years - 25% of membership fee.
(iii) After 6 years - Nil |

* This amount is payable alongwith
the application form & the balance is payable when the membership
is approved by the Management / Admission Committee after screening
/ interviewing the applicant.
** The security deposit and annual charges are payable at the
time of commissioning of “The Club” |

The decision of the Management
would be final and binding as regards the categorization of
the applicant whether as resident/nonresident/corporate, non
resident (tenant) or any other category which the Management
may think proper, while approving the membership of “The
Club” . |

Service tax on membership fees
& annual charges would be extra as applicable on date. |
